Implementatie van cashflow management systemen leidde tot significante verbeteringen in liquiditeit en procesefficiëntie. Cashflow is het belangrijkste element in elk bedrijf. Lonen, belastingen en rekeningen kunnen betalen is van levensbelang voor elk bedrijf, maar wordt vaak onderschat. Ik heb verschillende bedrijven reeds geholpen met inzichtelijk maken van pieken in de cash en hoe deze pieken te verkleinen. Dit brengt veel rust en speelt cash vrij voor inzet van groei binnen uw bedrijf.

Standaardisering en automatisering van financiële processen , sneller afsluiten en resulteerden in tijdsbesparing van dagen en verhoogde nauwkeurigheid in rapportages zodat betere sturing mogelijk is.

In deze onzekere wereld is vooruit blijven kijken cruciaal. Voorspelbaarheid van de toekomst blijft lastig, maar in scenario's prognostiseren geeft veel houvast en mogelijkheden om te anticiperen en snel bij te kunnen sturen, indien nodig. Zo heb ik bij verschillende opdrachtgevers het gehele prognose proces verbetert, waardoor bedrijven beter zijn voorbereid op de onvoorspelbare toekomst en snel geschakeld kan worden zonder verlies van momentum.
